Announcing the Launch of Our Employer Web Portal!

As of 5-15-15, all employers can access the MCoM Employer Web Portal to look up all employee work status reports at their convenience. Information on patients' records and scheduled appointments can be easily accessed at any time by your HR Department or the Management Personel that you specify.

Please fill out the form below and submit to MCoM prior to our launch date of 5-15-15. After this date, all work status will be available on this portal and any other method you have set-up to receive work status reports will cease unless previously arranged with Jessica Mejia, Office Manager of MCoM.
